Conical Bottom Grain Silo
Conical-bottom steel silos have a cone-shaped bottom, allowing grain to flow out automatically under its own weight, resulting in fast discharge and no residue. They are ideal for grain processing, feed, and seed industries that require frequent loading and unloading. In terms of materials, they are typically made of galvanized corrugated steel sheets or high-strength hot-rolled coils, featuring high strength, corrosion resistance, and a long service life.
Flat-Bottomed Grain Silo
Flat-bottomed grain silos are large-capacity storage facilities built with hot-dip galvanized steel plates or reinforced concrete. They offer advantages such as large storage capacity, low cost, good sealing, and ease of automated management, making them suitable for long-term static grain storage. However, because the silo floor is flat, a silo cleaning machine is required to assist in emptying the silo, preventing complete gravity-flow discharge.
