Product Parameters
I. Core Performance
The continuous grain dryer with a daily processing capacity of 30-60 tons is a medium-sized continuous operation equipment, suitable for the peak season drying needs of medium-sized grain depots, cooperatives, and large-scale farmers. Its daily processing capacity covers 30 to 60 tons, with a moisture reduction range of 13% to 15%, capable of reducing high-moisture grains to safe storage moisture levels in a single operation. The hot air temperature adjustment range is generally from 45℃ to 160℃, which can be flexibly set according to different crops such as rice, wheat, corn, and soybeans, balancing drying efficiency and grain quality.
II. Structural Composition
This equipment adopts a medium-sized tower structure, with a total height of approximately 12 to 19 meters, a compact footprint, and is constructed from galvanized steel plates or high-quality carbon steel. The internal structure, from top to bottom, consists of a grain storage section, a drying section (usually 2 to 3 stages), a tempering section, and a cooling section. These sections work together to complete the drying, tempering, and cooling processes. The internal structure features a dense array of angular ventilation boxes to ensure uniform contact between hot air and the grain layer. The supporting system includes a hot air blower, heat source equipment, lifting and conveying device, and electrical control cabinet.
III. Main Features
Segmented Variable Temperature Drying: Employs a process of rapid high-temperature drying followed by slow low-temperature tempering, balancing efficiency and grain quality while reducing cracking rate.
Uniform Drying: Utilizes multiple airflow paths, including co-current and mixed-flow designs, to ensure uniform heating of the grain layer and consistent moisture content in the finished product.
Flexible Heat Source: Adaptable to various fuels such as coal, biomass pellets, diesel, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas. Some models support steam heating, allowing users to choose materials according to their needs.
Automatic Control: Equipped with a PLC or integrated control panel, combined with online moisture detection and temperature sensors, it achieves automatic adjustment and process monitoring, ensuring convenient operation.
Safe and Durable: The machine body is corrosion-resistant and features multiple protections including over-temperature alarm, air pressure monitoring, and anti-clogging protection, ensuring long-term stable operation.
