Combined Rice Milling Machine

The combined rice milling machine integrates multiple processes such as paddy cleaning, hulling, and milling into one set of equipment, enabling continuous processing from raw grains to finished rice. The 20-ton-per-day model is the main specification in this series, with core functions including: cleaning and stone removal (removing large, medium, and small impurities and stones from the paddy), hulling (hulling the paddy to obtain a paddy-brown mixture), paddy-brown separation (separating brow

Rice production lines with a daily output of 20-100 tons are the mainstream configuration for small and medium-sized processing plants. Different output ranges show significant differences in process configuration, plant layout, and investment scale. The core process flow covers five major stages: cleaning, hulling, milling, finishing, and packaging.

Output and Layout Schemes: A 20-ton-per-day production line typically uses a shed-style layout. This simple structure and low investment are suitable for small processing plants or emergency processing. A typical line has a total power of approximately 67 kilowatts and occupies an area of approximately 10m × 2.5m × 5.5m, with a total investment of approximately 250,000 yuan. A 100-ton-per-day line is more suitable for a courtyard-style or flat-layout layout. Layered arrangement allows for zoned management of equipment, facilitates visits and maintenance, and can be configured with dual production lines to flexibly meet different raw material and product demands.

Core Process Flow: The production line is generally divided into four sections: cleaning, hulling, milling, and finishing. The complete process flow is as follows: Raw grain receiving → Initial cleaning (screening/air separation/magnetic separation) → Drying (optional depending on raw grain moisture content) → Temporary storage → Cleaning (destoning, secondary screening) → Hulling (dehulling) → Paddy-brown separation → Milling (2-4 light milling stages) → White rice grading → Cooling → Polishing (1-2 stages) → Color sorting → White rice selection → Rice blending → Measuring and packaging → Finished product warehousing.

In the cleaning section, multiple screening and destoning stages are used to effectively remove various impurities and ensure the quality of the clean grain. The hulling stage uses a variable frequency roller huller and a paddy-brown separator to achieve efficient dehulling and separation. The milling stage employs a "multi-machine light milling" process, dividing the milling process into multiple stages to reduce broken rice rate and rice temperature. The white rice finishing stage uses equipment such as grading sieves, polishing machines, and color sorters to complete broken rice separation, surface polishing, and removal of discolored grains. In addition, each section is equipped with a dust removal system to ensure workshop cleanliness.

Configuration Flexibility: The production line can be equipped with various equipment according to needs. For example, a brown rice conditioning process can be added to handle low-moisture raw grains, or a rice cooling silo can be added to stabilize the rice structure and improve polishing results. The number of passes for the color sorter and polisher can also be flexibly adjusted according to product grade; for example, 3-4 milling passes and 2 polishing passes can be used to produce refined rice.
